Shipping & Returns



J.Lindeberg offers free ground shipping on all U.S. and Canada orders, with expected delivery in 5-7 business days. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, inclement weather, and/or special holiday schedules.
We ship to the contiguous United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that we cannot make deliveries to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All orders are fully traceable on our website with an account.

All orders shipped to states where J.Lindeberg has a physical presence are subject to state sales tax.
All orders shipped to Canada are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. All import taxes and duties are included in the price of the items ordered. Hence, your order will not be subject to any additional charges.

Return Policy

J.Lindeberg has a 30-day return policy on eligible** merchandise. All items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging and tags for refund.

Price Adjustment

We offer price adjustments in the form of site credit on full-price products that have been reduced within 30 days of purchase; and sale items that have been reduced within 10 days of purchase.


All items purchased at Final Sale, as indicated, are not eligible for returns & exchanges.

If an item received is damaged (ie, discoloration, loose seams, holes in garments, etc.), please contact our Customer Care Team within 10 days of receipt.
