J.Lindeberg offers free ground/standard shipping on all orders to the U.S. Orders placed by noon EST will be shipped same day. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays and/or special holiday schedules.
We ship to the contiguous United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that we cannot make deliveries to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All orders shipped to states where J.Lindeberg has a physical presence and/or is required by law are subject to state sales tax.
All orders shipped internationally are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. All import taxes and duties are included in the price of the items ordered. Hence, your order will not be subject to any additional charges.



J.Lindeberg has a 30-day return policy on eligible** merchandise. All items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging and tags for refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please submit your return immediately. A return must be received and examined before refund of the full purchase price of item(s). At this moment, we are not offering free returns. Please choose a trusted carrier of your choice when returning merchandise and keep tracking number for reference in case of loss or theft.

For International Returns We have simplified the international return process for orders shipped outside the U.S. To return your order, please click here to be directed to eShopWorld's online returns portal. Make sure to include one label inside your return package and apply one label to the package.

Price Adjustment

We offer price adjustments in the form of site credit on full-price products that have been reduced within 30 days of purchase; and sale items that have been reduced within 10 days of purchase. Final Sale items and styles purchased during flash sales and/or with promotional codes are excluded from price adjustments.


All items purchased at Final Sale, as indicated, are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.

If an item received is damaged (ie, discoloration, loose seams, holes in garments, etc.), please contact our Customer Care Team within 10 days of receipt, ideally with an image of the damage.
If items have a manufacturing fault that occurs within a 6-month period from date of purchase, please contact us immediately with a description or image of the defect. Note that assistance on damaged items is applicable only to purchases made directly on
